The CombiColdBar 50 introduces a new level of professional beverage dispensing. It combines the benefits of both space and flow cooling in one system, delivering consistent performance even under demanding conditions. Thanks to smart technical design and attention to detail, it ensures maximum quality, durability of the served beverage, and easy operation.

At the heart of the unit is a powerful LINDR stainless steel cooling unit, which provides both flow and space cooling. The entire system is controlled by a newly developed intelligent electronic device that adjusts the cooling capacity in real-time to the actual demand – prioritizing flow cooling during dispensing, and further effectively and quickly cooling the refrigerated space and the keg to the set temperature. This dynamic mode ensures optimal use of cooling capacity without compromise.

For direct beverage dispensing, the unit is equipped with an innovative stainless steel flow cooler with a maximum output of 50 l/h (at 5 °C), allowing drinks to be tapped at an adjustable temperature between 0.5–5 °C, even if the keg is not fully chilled.

The refrigerated space, suitable for kegs up to 50 l, is equipped with three high-performing fans. The electronically controlled room temperature can be set between 3–8 °C.

To speed up the cooling of kegs, the QuickChill function continuously circulates very cold air for 8 hours, significantly reducing the time needed to reach the desired drink temperature. After QuickChill ends, the unit maintains the set room temperature.

The unit also features a unique contact cooling system for the dispensers without water circulation. A specially designed cooling circuit ensures a stable temperature of the drink path up to the tap. This prevents the drink from warming up in the tower and keeps it perfectly chilled, even after longer pauses in pouring.

The cooling unit is fully integrated into the construction but remains easily accessible for maintenance. As with all LINDR equipment, the emphasis is on simple maintenance and quick access to important components.

Air inlet and outlet are located at the bottom of the unit, making the CombiColdBar 50 easy to build into bar counters without the need for side ventilation grilles. When used as a freestanding cooler, the sleek design allows for full branding. The rear panel can optionally be equipped with a fully illuminated advertising display. The equipment also includes a new stainless steel dispensing tower with integrated backlight branding option.

The air inlet is equipped with a filter system that protects the cooling unit from dust. The filter is easily accessible and clean, while the electronic control panel warns the operator when maintenance is needed.

The entire unit is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring high strength, a long service life even in demanding environments, and full compliance with hygiene standards. The design is engineered with an emphasis on mechanical durability, ease of maintenance, and maximum reliability, making the CombiColdBar 50 an ideal choice for professional gastronomy.

The pressed stainless steel top plate meets strict hygiene and durability requirements and includes a drip tray with drainage to a collection vessel or directly to the waste via the hose connection. Rear wheels make installation and maintenance easier.

The CombiColdBar 50 is equipped with a built-in air compressor with smooth electronic pressure regulation for keg pressure. The system is also prepared for connection to a glass rinser with pressurized water, optional integration into the drip tray, waste connection, and external gas supply – ensuring full flexibility for various operating conditions.
