Weldmix 15% AR CO₂ - Bundle

Please contact us to order

A Weldmix 15% bundle is a high-quality industrial gas battery consisting of 12 interconnected 50-liter gas cylinders, housed in a robust steel protective frame. With an enormous total supply of mixed gas, this is the ideal solution for heavy, continuous welding processes in the metal industry.

The composition of 85% Argon and 15% CO₂ is completely constant and certified within this bundle. Because the mixture is stored as compressed gas (not liquefied), the gas ratio remains stable throughout the entire lifespan of the bundle. This makes the system extremely suitable for intensive manual welding, large welding lines, and automated welding robots.

Important info!

Key features:

  • Maximum continuity: The bundle eliminates the need for daily cylinder changes, which reduces downtime to an absolute minimum and maximizes productivity.
  • Central connection: All cylinders are connected to a central distribution block with a main valve, making integration into a fixed pipeline network in the factory hall simple and safe.
  • Robust frame: The frame is equipped with lifting eyes and forklift slots for safe internal transport of the unit, which weighs over 1,200 kg.
  • Economic advantage: Due to large-scale delivery and reduced handling costs, the use of bundles is generally more cost-effective in the long term than working with individual B50 cylinders.
Product details

Weldmix 15%CO₂ AR CO₂ gas bundle, 12 gas cylinders filled with 50L of AR CO₂ (600L total), specially developed for MIG/MAG welding (built for long-term and professional use).

Transport & Logistics:

  • Mechanical transport: The bundle may only be moved by certified personnel using a heavy-duty forklift or crane. Always use the designated lifting points.
  • ADR Transport: Transporting a full bundle is a strict ADR operation (UN 1956). This is carried out exclusively by specialized transporters from the gas supplier.
  • Surface: The bundle must be placed on a completely flat, load-bearing, and stable surface to eliminate the risk of tipping over.

Specific safety information for the Mixed Gas Bundle:

  • Asphyxiation hazard (Critical): A bundle stores a very large amount of gas under high pressure. In the event of a leak in a poorly ventilated area, the oxygen level in the air drops extremely rapidly. Permanent oxygen monitoring with an alarm function is mandatory in the storage area and near the pipeline network.
  • Stationary installation: Bundles are almost always installed outdoors or in a specifically designated, forced-ventilated technical room.
  • Pressure management: Always use a professional, high-quality pressure regulator and a central distribution station (central gas supply) that is calculated for the high flow capacity of a bundle.
  • Leak detection: Given the complexity of a bundle system, it is essential to periodically check all connections and piping for leaks using detection equipment.
