QUILL FALCON - Electric Cyclone 120 Complete

Please contact us to order

The Ultra Low Emission Quill Falcon 120 Cyclone Complete comes with an electric compressor suitable for use in Low Emission Zones (LEZ) and Ultra Low Emission Zones (ULEZ). The Quill Falcon 120 Cyclone Complete is designed for asbestos removal contractors or customers working in hazardous environments where they require combined blasting and air-fed breathing apparatus. By combining blasting and breathing equipment on one trailer, customers can save space on site, and also save money and time by not having to hire separate compressors and airline breathing equipment.

The Cyclone Complete is manufactured to the compressed breathing air standard EN12021 and consists of a Quill Falcon Cyclone 120 capable of removing up to 20m² of coatings per hour, a 177 cfm compressor providing a reliable source of high-purity air for up to 4 operators, airline breathing equipment including Scott RAS masks and airline breathing harnesses. It also features a reserve air supply for the unlikely event of a main supply failure, a control panel for monitoring the air supply of individual operators for use outside the enclosure, and a large 115-litre water tank, all mounted on a robust towable ball-hitch trailer.

Weights and dimensions are based on current models in production. Cyclone Trailer System laden weight = full vessel with grit and water. Intake rates based on average dosage settings. Water consumption originates from water used at the nozzle. Up to 1 liter of water per minute is required to keep the vessel pressurized. Grit and water usage may vary depending on compressor size, dosage valve setting, nozzle size, and the type of blast media used.
