Oxygen O₂ - B20
Please contact us to order
An Oxygen (O₂) B20 gas cylinder is a professional industrial gas cylinder with a water capacity of 20 liters, filled with oxygen at a pressure of 200 or 300 bar.
The B20 cylinder is designed for more intensive consumption. It provides a significant supply for serial processes or larger packaging lines, while the format remains manageable for logistical movements within a production facility.
Important info!
Key features:
- Increased autonomy: The 20-liter volume ensures longer usage times, reducing the frequency of cylinder changes in the production process.
- Foodgrade purity: Meets the strict hygiene and traceability requirements of the food processing sector.
- High-pressure system: Storage under high pressure guarantees a constant gas flow for precise dosing applications in gas mixing installations.
- Versatile application: Ideal for a central gas supply in a specific department or as a reliable source for larger packaging machines.
Product details
Oxygen O₂ gas cylinder, filled with 20L of O₂, specially designed for fish pond oxygenation, chemical processes, welding, etc. (built for long-term and professional use).
Transport
Transport & Use:
- Vertical fixation: Due to its weight and size, stable vertical fixation with a chain or bracket on a welding cart or in a storage rack is mandatory.
- Safety cap: Screw the protective cap directly onto the cylinder as soon as it is not in use. This protects the vulnerable valve against impact.
- Storage: Store oxygen cylinders in a dry, well-ventilated room. Strict separation rules apply: never store oxygen next to flammable gases (such as acetylene, propane, or hydrogen) or flammable liquids.

Safety
Specific safety information for Oxygen (O₂):
- Fire hazard (Critical): Oxygen is a powerful oxidizer. Even a small leak in a room significantly increases the flammability of textiles, paper, and plastics. Keep the environment absolutely free of oil, grease, lubricants, and flammable materials.
- Work grease-free: Never use grease or oil on the valve or pressure regulator. In contact with high-pressure oxygen, this can lead to a spontaneous and destructive oxygen explosion.
- Pressure regulator: Use only a pressure regulator specifically certified for Oxygen. Never use it for other gases to prevent cross-contamination.
- Ventilation: Ensure continuous air renewal in rooms where oxygen is stored or used.
